  • Ouch! Burnt To A Crisp.

Okay, i am not gonna lie it definatly wasn't one of my wisest moves i have ever made. After maybe just one (or two...or three) to many cocktails and a lot of flirting between myself and the VERY gorgeous bar girl i decided to listen to some tunes by the pool.

Thanks to the afternoon sun, lack of sleep and a great deal of alcohol i fell asleep with no sunscreen on...in the hottest part of the day...for three hours.

Needless to say i am redder than a tomatoe. My poor pale skin is now very burnt, even my pin up girl tattoo looks ridiculous bright red!

  • How To Hide Redness.

A lot of people out there tend to suffer from some redness on their face. There can be many reasons for it such as Rosatia, Acne or just general redness. I myself tend to get bright red in the cheeks and also around the nostril area. People who suffer from this will probably know that if you put foundation over the top it isn't long before the redness begins to shine through. Here is a tip on how to hide it.

I use MakeUp Forever's Green Camoflouge Liquid that comes in a pump type bottle. A lot of other brands products dry onto the skin rock hard and bright green which is both uncomfortable and also means you have to put even more makeup on to cover up the green. MakeUp Forever's liquid camoflauge goes on like foundation and i find blends beautifully into the skin without leaving a green and caked on look.

Apply the product to the red areas on the skin. There is no need to apply it to the whole face because it is just a waste seeing as how not many people's whole face is bright red. You may have to experiment around as to how much you feel gets the job done. I find that you don't need to use much at all and it does a great job.

Make sure if you are trying to cover redness you use a GREEN camoflouge product because that is what counteracts the red in the skin. There are plenty of other coloured camoflouge products to help cover other things such as dark circles under eyes which i will talk about it in the future.
